Description

I need a custom Wordpress Plugin, it will be an adaptation of WP-PostRatings (http://lesterchan.net/wordpress/readme/wp-postratings.html).

The Ratings should be displayable in the wordpress dashboard.
The Ratings have to be modified (not stars as graphic for rating but something else (CSS Styled Textlinks).
