Hello

I need a wordpress freelancer that knows all the tricks of wordpress, configuring it, adding plug-ins, creating a theme etc.
I would love to find a freelance designer with a very good sense of clean, stylish, modern but corporate design.

So, configuring wordpress, adding new plug-ins, creating a nice theme or changing an existing theme.

Let me give you an example of a theme i like: http://www.propertyportalwatch.com/

I would like something like that, but will need to add a big flash image after the header, and I also would like to add a few links in the footer, and not so much content in the homepage to be a little bit cleaner.

The logo I am going to get one from pixellogo so you dont have to worry about that. Off course, the theme should have the logo in consideration. Its horrible when the theme and the logo dont match.

I am in a hurry to add the contents (i already have the menu structure) so I would say that it would be great if you could configure wordpress menus first and plug-ins necessary, so that I can put the content, and after that you would take care of the design.
I can put the contents in one day after the menu is ready.

I would love to choose a freelancer between today and tomorrow, so that we can take care of the menu and contents during the next couple of days, then between wednesday and friday you would do the theme etc and next weekend we make the final adjustments and complete the project.

If you are interested please send me some references and also show me previous wordpress websites that you have done.
Also dont forget to bid the right cost.

One more thing: if you make this right, you will get a bulk buyer. I am a project manager and presently considering adopting wordpress to all my clients from now on, so...if you are a good, quality wordpress freelancer provider, you might have found a good partner.

In terms of bid, I do not want the most super low bid because that usually (not always) means a poor quality work, but I also dont want the highest prices in the market, remember I will have to mark-up to my clients.
