Hello!

The project has a few requirements up front -

* You must be able to communicate in the English language proficiently.
I've had too many problems with language barriers and not achieving what I want due to difficulties in understanding each other.

* In your initial PM or bid, please include the word 'Hayden' in your title/subject.
I'm tired of getting dozens of bidders that give me a cut'n'paste intro and have not even READ the project proposal. Please read the entire proposal before bidding.

And now, onto the actual project -

* I have a WordPress theme already in place that I've tweaked a bit. I have a basic understanding OF CSS/php, but can not write 'new' code. I'm still trying to learn.

* I need a very basic tweak done to my website columns and the way it displays news stories.
- it currently shows one story per category with a short excerpt. I want it to show that PLUS the headlines of the latest 3 stories in that category ON the front page in the same area.

I hope that maintains it's format so that you can get an idea of
what I need. Go to www.truthistreason.net and look at the current way
the categories and stories are displayed. The center column that is categorized
needs to have the last 2 or 3 most recent posts listed with no excerpt under the current story excerpt as a clickable link. This should happen automatically (obviously) as newer stories get posted to that category. Also, please allow the number of story headlines posted to be altered. This doesn't need to be 'per' category - it can be a sitewide value. I might want 3 headlines for starters but then change that later to show 5 headlines.


I believe this should be quite easy for anyone well-versed in CSS and WordPress, therefore
the TOTAL BUDGET for this project will be set at $15.00 USD. If I spent several hours on this,
I'm sure I could find a similar WP theme that offers such a display and just cut'n' paste code,
but I would rather someone understand my theme and make the CORRECT and proper changes so that I don't run into glitches or bugs.

Again - read the requirements regarding PM subject/headline, $15.00 MAX bid (all others will be ignored), and please look at the website to understand what I'm trying to achieve. This should be a ONE DAY project (if not a one hour project) but I'm really in no rush.
