There are two basic templates involved, the home page and the interior pages.

Please create your bid based on the following requirements:

Convert these well-coded pages into a plug-and-play WordPress theme

Install theme into WordPress (WP 2.8 will be installed for you)

Prepare widgets/sidebar elements to be easily managed from WordPress (the sidebars shown in the templates above will not change much, if at all).

All content will be added by myself, so your job is to essentially get the theme and sidebar up and running.
