Description

We require a web based assistant to help with all aspects of web based work. 30 hours per week to start, but could be increased in the future.

Applicants must posses :

Good English speaking capabilities
Basic HTML skills and knowledge of web based programs
Enthusiastic with good knowledge of the internet
Be prepared to learn new skills
honesty and reliability. Must be trustworthy
basic knowledge of other programs, such as photoshop, audio editing program etc will be an advantage

It would be an advantage to be interested in the music scene. You will be working for a management company that manages dj's and music producers.

Duties will include :
keeping social media sites up to date (facebook, myspace etc)
managing website content, and looking at ways of improving our current online presence
liaising daily with our team via email / msn / skype etc

I am an experienced administrative assistant, copyeditor, proofreader, typesetter, and designer, in addition to having many years of experience in an office setting (data entry, accounts payable/receivable, spreadsheets, billing, etc.). I'm currently incredibly interested in the music industry, in fact I'm currently in the process of acting as a manager for a friend who produces music and am putting a site together for him at the moment. I do a lot of work with social networking sites etc to these ends and have the relevant skills listed (I dabble in a lot of things such as HTML, Photoshop etc).
