Greetings,

We are seeking a programmer that can turn around this project by the end of August with quality results.

We are a 501 c 3 organization seeking an online application system built on Drupal or WordPress or something similar that will keep costs down. The two documents attached are the specs pertaining to this project.

Each year, we have a Fellows Program and we accept online applications. We are looking for a programmer that can assist us with a quality solution by the end of August. This is a great way to receive quick payment for a job well done.
