Description

I already have complete HTML / CSS coding for my site (see attached JPG). I need the html/css converted into a very simple "one-page" wordpress template.

It will have a list of categories on the top ("all categories", as well as list of all categories -- note: not pictured in the photo), and entries listed by month and year. Once a user clicks on the blog entry, it will go to a one-page view of the blog in a similar style.

I need you to take this HTML / CSS and integrate it to create a very simple Wordpress template (see attached). Also, the footer should be customized so that the latest 5 entries will be there.

You should also have knowledge of HTML / CSS to include a comments section and other Wordpress integrations to match the styling that I already have, as well as being compatible with the latest version of Wordpress (and any widgets that are installed, for example recaptcha).

Your template should take advantage of php includes where it makes sense so that I will not have to edit too many files if I update my site.
