please see attached image the PNG just shows what would be stock in the plugin, the user should then be able to add as many fields as he/she would like (like musician or DJ, etc), as well as adding the vendor names to each drop down by clicking the plus signs." "And to be clear this would be done using Custom Fields.

Just need to return a UL with a class of its own, so it can be styled.
See comp attached, you can have it return the UL above Tags and that should be fine.
