Description: I have roughly 8 or 9 Microsoft Publisher files and a few HTML pages that I need assembled into a working web site. The design and layout is mostly complete as it is a simple and straightforward site. What I need is a skilled HTML (and Preferrably MS Publisher) person that can complete the build of this site from those pieces. Small budget for this project but if you have good rates (and good quality) will also have a need for long term relationship for maintenance and site enhancements (anywhere from 2 - 15 hours a month ongoing).
