Description

We need a small Wireless application on cellular, using SDK like BREW, SYMBIAN or Microsoft Operating System for celullars.

Here are the details:

Scenario:
1- the user of cellphone (where the application should deployed)
Type a number to call
2- IF the number is begining with: 1????????? (? is a number:0-9)
3- then the CellPhone will automatically compose: 123456-1-????????

We think that project is very simple.
