Description

I am interested in a high tech membership management website that accepts mobile phone payments and gives new members access to a members control area where members can navigate content on there mobile phones. The system should be able to handle rebilling and block our members that stop rebilling or cancel after their subscriptions have expired.

Proof of past experience is required on projects of this nature. DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NEVER BUILT ANY PROJECT OF THIS.
