I've done many similar project. There are many way do what u want but I thinks the most sensible way is: I'm create 1 j2me app which run on ur mobile and it do all think that u want : receive msg, send wap push, edit ur url,...Other way is: u connect a mobile to computer via USB cable and then create a program which do all thing u want by using a SMS gateway or using AT command,...
