Hello,

We require a simple iPhone app to be made, the app will have:

- 2 Screens, each containing about 5 standard controls (text input, radio button or drop down list).
- 1 further screen, a confirmation page, simply displaying the info entered in the previous 2 screens.

On the confirmation page, clicking the submit button is to send the info entered to a web server using standard HTTP.

Two of the input fields (phone number and street number) will also require a simple validation, probably most easily implemented using a regular expression.

There will also need to be an option to save the information entered by the user to persistant storage (ie. to a file on the iPhone). On subsequent uses, the user will then be able to select this info instead of filling out the forms in screens 1 and 2.

Please indicate in your bid approximately how long you expect development to take, as a speedy turnaround at a competitive price is important.

I should also be note that there will likely be future versions of this app, with considerably more features, and almost certainly other iPhone development projects coming up soon. So assuming everything goes well on version 1, it is highly likely we will want to continue our relationship with the selected provider.

Finally, experience with development for other mobile platforms, particularly Blackberry, is a bonus.
