Description

My application must run on Symbian (all ver), Win mobile, Blackberry. Can be universal like J2ME.

The program will have a password access, will call a data input form for at least 2 text data fields that will be fed in manually. One data field will have a drop down box with options that can be updated from a server.

It will then call the phone's camera application, the user will take a picture [confirm/snap again] and the picture will be stored on the phone memory with the captured data fields, date and time linked to it.

The stored record will have a serial number, the phone device id, the value of the 2 fields, a picture, date and time.

At a preset interval, the phone will upload this record in single or batch form [option to be provided] to an email address [all option to be provided at the time of creation of the deploy version].

The app will also periodically send checksum type of inf0 to the same email, saying total number of records uploaded from id is --.

Must be simple, universal. Source code and full documentation needed. Facility to add our logo / brand etc.
