We have a problem with our servers and need expert help URGENTLY!

We need an expert in the following:
Database Server: SQL Server 2005
Web Server: Microsoft Windows Server 2003
Firewall Router: Cisco Router 1841

All websites are exremely slow, even static websites that are not connected to a database.
Database is slow as well

Log files need to be examined
We need this fixed urgently.
