Description

Our small television studio is in need of a countdown timer. We plan to build a computer with dual monitors for the purpose of having one monitor in the studio and one monitor in the control room. We need a custom program to display a "countdown timer" in the TV studio. The monitor in the control room needs to display a "user interface" for the program and "countdown timer display".

We need to pre-set a "START TIME" from the control room. We aslo need to pre-set a "WARNING TIME" that when reached would turn the background of the display into a "warning color". And we need to pre-set the "STOP TIME" that when reached will display a different background "warning color".

We need a tone to sound at the pre-set "WARNING TIME" and we need a tone to sound at the "STOP TIME". These .WAV files need to be stored in a folder that we can change if needed.

We need to pre-set the font, font size, font color, normal background color, warning background color, and stop (end of countdown) background color.

We need this program to run in WindowsXP on a desktop computer.

I know several of these programs exists already but we have not found one that meets our needs completely.

We need to keep the cost of this project under $60 if possible.

I meant to say... when the "STOP TIME" is reached (which will always be 00:00:00) we need a "STOP WARNING COLOR" to display.
