Description

This is a project that had been worked on since last summer. Unfortunately the programmer that was developing it has not followed up on the changes that need to be made and I'm looking for a programmer to finish the project or start from the beginning if needed. Complete payment was made to the programmer but I think he has been overwhelmed with other projects.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
I operate several aircraft and each time the aircraft flies the pilots need to complete a flight log which describes how many flight hours are flown, how long the duty period was for the day, airports where the flight landed, expenses incurred during the day for each leg, etc...

After the completion of the flight, this information is then to be emailed to company headquarters and automatically downloaded to the master database where the information can be queried for various reports. One report is the monthly duty sheet for each pilot that is required by our regulation agency, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Also, when the Flight Log is emailed, the total times for the Aircraft, Engines, and Landings need to updated to the next blank Flight Log as well as the next Flight Log number.

I will include a copy of the Pilot Duty Sheet and copies of the partially completed project, Flight Server and Flight Client.

The Flight Server software needs to be compatible with Windows 98SE and WindowsXP software. The Flight Server software needs to be compatible with Windows XP.
