Description

This project is to develop EXCEL (2000 ??) add-in to convert multi-tab .XLS to single huge .CSV file.

During conversion, it is highly desirable that add-in "deletes" the first row of headers in each "tab".

Attached is a sample of the .XLS file. Coloring is of course not converted to .CSV :))) However .XLS file itself must not be modified during operation.

Delivery conditions:

Complete and fully-functional add-in is to be provided in executable form. Complete commented source code, call tree and "how to compile, & "how to install" documentation is required for all work provided.

Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer (Temtu) will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. may be submitted unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED in advance by the buyer (Temtu).

I guess you want the answers transfered to the csv file when someone has filled the form ? Do you want also the way back: from the csv, recreate the Excel sheets?

There are two ways of doing it: 1. By external program (probably in C#); or 2. By internal Excel add-in Both have their own pros & cons. Contact me for more details.
