Description

I just had a windows server with HELM as control panel
and looking to secure and set everything up. Below are the specs
to be set and secured

- php 4.x
- mysql 5.x
- ftp
- ssh if possible
- vpn

and all necessary steps to secure the server,
also want to exclude unecessary components
- asp stuff
- frontpage
- other uneeded components
