Dear Sir! I am from West Bengal, a state of India where Bengali Culture is predominant although English language is trying to take the position at a fast pace. I am trying to oppose it. As to my High Charges, any work in Bengali Script is much higher for the obvious reason of its nature of forming words with different signs and symbols which consumes much more time in comparison to other languages. although I felt that it should be somewhere aorund US$1800.00, but just to remain within your budget I have quoted US$1400.00 per month.
