Description

I recently upgraded my Virthual Server PAckage with 1and1.

Since then, I get a message Service Unavailable from the website, and similar messages from within PLESK.

An excellent person from Get a Freelancer has tried to resolve but has not been able to, his email to me is below:

this problems need an Windows 2003 administrator to fix , i have been trying, but it only runs one website at once !.
here is the problem description:
"
A process or a windows service is using port 80 which conflicts with IIS server .
you will need to reconfigure the tcp to allow IIS to listen to port 80 with out conflicting with plesk and other 3rd party components installed on the server
"
SQL is running ok ,so it is not the problem
