Description

I am seeking a professional individual with isapi_rewrite 3 experience to hide the file extensions on the pages of my website AND to make sure duplicate content isn't going to be an issue(I think others use a 301 maybe for this in the rewrite rules). My site has .htm and .asp extensions, both of which I want hidden. And my site is on a windows 2003 Shared hosting account. I have already verified with my host that isapi_rewrite 3 is installed. I do not have access to the httpd.config file so the rewrite rule will probably have to be placed in a .htaccess file and uploaded. I'm not exactly sure though.

This is a VERY SIMPLE task for an experienced individual as it should only require a few lines of code.

**Please only bid if you have isapi_rewrite version 3 experience. Version 3 is completely differrent than previous versions as it is simialar to apache's mod_rewrite. Those who can show examples of their work are most likley to be chosen for the project.

I will pay $20 to the winning bidder for this project.

For example, if someone went to the default page of my site, the page would be rendered as
http://www.example.com/default
instead of
http://www.eample.com/default.asp
