Description

I normally only work with Iadip, but I've been unable to reach him for quite a while now. I'm ready to get the project moving, so I'm opening it up for bidding.

This EA will have both a trending strategy and a counter-trend strategy built into it. The following are abbreviated rules for each strategy. Please PM me to get exact rules if required to quote this project:



TREND STRATEGY RULES

Standard Indicators

Moving Average
ADX
ATR

Custom Indicators (Require Development)

Swing High 3 (Any bar where the high > than the high of the 3 bars on both sides of it)
Swing Low 3 (Any bar where the low < than the low of the 3 bars on both sides of it)

Money Mangement

Trades are entered based on a % of EQUITY (this % should be adjustable in the EA)

Lot Size Calculation =
(Account Equity) x (% Risk) / (Stoploss Value) = 10K Lots Traded ($/pip)

This calculation will need to be rounded DOWN to a number divisible by 3 to work with the exit strategy (let me know how this is best done in programming terms)

Long Setup Rules

1. All of the past 3 bars are above the moving average
2. Highest High of the last 3 bars < Highest High of the last 10 bars
3. There additional priced based rules that are similar to Rule 2
4. ADX > a specified value
5. Range of the past six bars is greater than the ATR of a specified value

Long Entry Rules

Buy at the Highest Open or Close of the last 3 bars + 1 pip + Spread
Addtional entry rule applies to length of pending order

Long Initial Stop

Stoploss at low of a designated candle

Long Exits * Trades are entered with lots in multiples of 3

Target 1: Exit 1/3 of the position at 1 x value of stoploss above entry
Target 2: Exit 1/3 of the position at 2 x value of stoploss above entry
Remaining 1/3 of position rides until closed by trailing stoploss

Trailing Stop

Target 1: Move stoploss to breakeven
Target 2: Trailing stop initiates at this value
Remaining 1/3 of position rides until closed by trailing stoploss

Short Rules for the Trend Strategy are similar to those above



COUNTERTREND STRATEGY RULES

These trades remaining pending until executed or until a new setup occurs.

2. The last 3 candles create a Market Structure
1st candle is a down candle with a close lower than the close of the previous candle
2nd candle is a down candle with a close lower than the close of the 1st candle
3rd candle is an up candle with a close higher than the close of the 2nd candle
3. ADX > a specified value
4. ATR of a specified value < ATR of another specified value

Long Entry Rules

Buy at the Highest High of the Market Structure + 1 pip + Spread

Long Initial Stop

Stoploss at the Lowest Low of the Market Structure

Long Exits * Trades are entered with lots in multiples of 3

Target 1: Exit 1/3 of the position at 1 x value of stoploss above entry
Target 2: Exit 1/3 of the position at 2 x value of stoploss above entry
Remaining 1/3 of position rides until closed by trailing stoploss

The EA will need a magic number so that I can run it on the same currency in different timeframes. Additionally, I would like the EA to place a marker at the entry point on the chart for each trade so that I can ensure it is taking appropriate trades.

Please PM for additional information on this project. Once we agree upon a contracted price, I will place the money in escrow. I will release half the money once you provide a demo copy that I can test. I will run the EA for one week to verify it is trading correctly. Once we have worked out all the details, I will release the second half of the payment for the Full Version of the EA.
