You can create a plugin for your Excel. So, with one click it will do all auto-format on any worksheet files you want. My offer covers that plugin creation.

I think you are right, and that a macro would do the trick. I would have to actually work with it though, so if I ran into any snags it could be two days before I got it finished. I think I could do it in one, however, especially if I haul out my handy textbook from the advanced class I took...

This is an easy thing to automate. I have extensive programming experience with MS Excel, VBA. I am a developer in Boston, MA for a Pharma Company. I can do this in my spare time.
