I need immediate referrals for a free trial site. All trials require a CC and must be valid US memberships, but you can cancel at any time if you are not happy with the product. I personally found several that I wanted to keep.

I am paying $20 through paypal as soon as you have completed the required number of trial offers and the site registers them.

The best way to get credit is to use Mozilla. Clear all of your cookies and temporary internet files an make sure that your security is set to accept all cookies. When you complete an offer, let the page sit for a few minute to let the background scripts transmit the info to the original site.
