I'm good in database designing and management. I can design a user friendly and easy to use Microsoft Access (2007 or any other version you want) database for your programme. It will help you manage everything about the members and the staff.
But i do need some time for it because i don't want to submit a bad database with flaws. I will put it through a thorough test run before giving you the finished work.
I've designed a sales management/invoice system in MS Access for a small local company and they're working well in it without problems.

| I have Seven Years Experience creating Access Database Applications. Further detailed specification is needed. However for the price quoted I would build a system as follows:
A three tier level of passworded access to the system - Admin Staff with full priveledges, Staff with Read/Write Access particular to members data they are responsible for, and members with read/write access to their own data only or reports as allowed by administrators.
This will allow enough columns for basic member information details (such as name, address,Telephone,DOB etc.) plus up to ten columns for other data.
Forms for the Data entry relevant to the tier are included and the Admin area can include facilities for bulk uploads of data.
Each area will have up to five pre-set reports plus a facility to create dynamic querying on up to five fields with selected from specified fields and with suitable means to enter parameters for the query (e.g. From and To dates for Date fields). Fields specific to the Login such as memberID are automatically included in the query are not included in the five.
This set-up should allow for future extensions as required and for an upgrade to a SQL Server database if the data grows beyond Access's capacity.
If selected I would need to have a full list of all information fields that are required for both staff and members, some sample data (Privacy note - this can be made up and doesn't need to be real as long as it gives a good picture of what you expect the system to be handling). Also needed will be definitions of set reports as well as indications of which fields you think staff/members would need to filter by (not included any specific to the login).
This will be created from modifying an Access template I have developed and Intellectual Propety would remain mine but you would be allowed to adapt your version in the future and employ anyone you choose to modify or amend the sytem with the proviso that you cannot give or sell copies of it or any of its structure or code to anyone outside your organisation without my agreement.
