Looking for someone to help create a website. Customer can log onto the website and pay to become a member. Payment can be made thru paypal or credit card. also automatic email is sent out when customer signs up to become a member. simple website. im not looking to spend alot of money , i have dealt with overseas web developers before and was not impressed, please do not bid if you dont have professional skills. I am looking for a professional website. Full payment made only at turnover of project. I will not make any initial payments. PAYMENT ONLY MADE AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT, No INITIAL PAYMENTS MADE. DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT INITIAL PAYMENT.
