Description: I need someone to fix the security problems with a Joomla CMS website. I have setup a site using Joomla for a satellite TV company in Spain. I would like the site to be more secure than it is currently by undertaking the following measures.

1 Block typical exploit attempts with .htaccess files
2 Password protect sensitive directories, such as administrator, with .htaccess files
3 Restrict access to sensitive directories by IP Address, using .htaccess.
4 Increase the security of the all-critical configuration.php file by moving it outside of public_html

There maybe other measures that you advise that should be done which would be greatly appreciated.
