Description

Three things (the third is optional ONLY if you know how to do that):

1) I have a blog in wordpress (phoneinterviewsecrets.com/blog) and need to set up correctly the WP - Database Security plugin.
This plugin asks: "wp-config must be set to writable before running this script.
the database user you're using with WordPress must have ALTER rights
Change the current: prefix to something different if it's the default wp_
Allowed Chars are all latin Alphanumeric Chars as well as the Chars - and _."
Can you help me install it correctly AND record how you do it with camstasia.org or camstudio.org so that I know how to do it by myself for my other blogs?

2) I would like you help me optimize my site. When I run http://www.scrubtheweb.com to my site, it seems there are things that need improved. Can you show me how can I improve them (record a video so I know how you have done it)?

3) I bought a few months ago a licence to RAP http://rapidactionprofits.com/index.php
Do you know which are all RAP possible benefits, and how to install it? (record in a video so I can learn it too). If you have never installed RAP, then don't bid for this part.
