Description: We need to developer a program that allow members to create a monetary account within our community and then pre-fund that account using various methods (Visa,MC,Pay-Pal,micro,etc.).members may use their account to transfer funds to another members account from their PC.All members shall be issued a closed-loop membership card that shall be use to facilitate the member's account for transfers as well as transactions.We shall place our own POS terminals inside the nightclubs for all transactions via our membership card.Members located at the time inside one of our participating nightclubs must have their funds available for use in real-time.We wish this account to be similiar to a banks issued checking debit card,with immediate access to all available funds.Please see attached document for more info.
