Description: Back End for Website Below:
Please provide a Fixed Price of the cost be to create the website. We have designed the website in Dreamweaver and would like to follow the same design approach throughout the site. We will need joomla CMS, database (please specify database), Registration, Password protected Client area, firewall, FTP area. If additional graphics not in the current Dreamweaver file are needed to complete the site additional graphics will be provided by the web development company. CMI client will provide all the content and Images.

A) The client's area after their login will have training content (HTML), PDF, MS Word, client and admin uploaded/managed by the client and admin.

Interactive functionality provided to the clients uploading, dowloading, browsing and viewing.

Both Public and Client area content will only be editable by either ourselves (either as web developer/admin or through CMS functionality or by the corporate training firm (CCFL) itself (through the CMS.

Web developer/admin and the corporate training firm (CCFL) itself uploading PDFs and MS word files in certain folders which the users will be able to download by logging on the website by browsing the categories.

Additionally, all registered users would have FTP access for file transfer.

B) We envisage three types of users of the website: Website Admin, Corporate training Firm and clients. Please confirm and provide us with their accessibility details.

There are

1)CMI
*Website Administrators

2)CMI/CCFL
*Web Editors (whether within us (CMI) or the Corporate Training Firm (CCFL)

3) CCFL's Clients/Customers
*Client Managers and Client Instructors

*End-Users (Learners)

Please see the attached spreadsheet for a breakdown of their access

C) We also assume that the corporate training firm will also get registered with the website and have the capability of uploading content on the website against their individual profile. Please confirm.

As it stands, only particular employees of the firm will be able to upload content through the CMS.

We assume that the clients will also be specific to one corporate firm and will be able to view content of the particular firm only. Please suggest if this is in line.

There is actually one corporate firm overseeing other separate entities, "Client Managers" and "Instructors," both of whom have multiple "Learners"

specific to them. Yes, the Learners should be able to view content specific to their courses (unviewable by other Learners) as well as "commons area" content available to all Learners and content for all Learners of that specific Client Manager / Instructor. However, Learners should ot be restricted to one Instructor or Client Manager only.

Additionally, Client Managers and Instructors are able of seeing the information of their particular Learners only.

D)The job listings and descriptions would resemble this:
