Description

Integrate shipping module with ZEN cart software,
Real time rate for UPS and USPS
UPS: ground, 3 day select, 2nd day, next day.
USPS: USPS first class, priority mail,
Local pickup,

Two databases,
#1, RMA system,
The web site will have a link to this database, a form will be needed for customer to input information, e.g., first, last name, address, purchase date, invoice date, serial number, reason for returning, if any problem with the product.
The information then will be submitted to the database,
The customer will need to log in to Zen cart, and submission must be link together with the customer’s account on the site.
We will need to base able to lookup any information on html format and need to be able to respond to individual submission. And al
