Description: I need a new website created. Initial design is complete for home page but additional design work may be required.

Rquirements

1. Create new website for a languages school.
2. Site will consist of 10 to 20 pages.
3. Design/Graphics complete for home page. Some design work will be required for additional pages
4. Site must support run on IIS and Apache Web Servers
5. Site must maintain current search rankings. Currently in top 5 for google, yahoo, and msn.
6. Site must support multiple languages
7. Site will initially launch using English and Italian.
8. Site content and graphics should be easy to change for anyone with a basic understanding of HTML
9. Site will consist of 10 – 15 graphic/content intensive pages
10. Site will be populated with content/graphics from existing site
11. Site must leverage CCS and minimize any use of PHP, ASP, etc…
12. Site must be compatible with Dreamweaver CS3 and should leverage templates/editable regions
