Description: I need a website built for a Thai brides company. The owner has a design already built, but it was built with online web-builder and the coding is pretty messy. I can give you the design to recode.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Recoding of design - probably into PHP (there are around 6 slightly different styles
2. A backend built (prob MySql) to allow registrations and payment via his Paypal Account and to hold other data such as visa applications.
3. Admin panel to allow him to create pages and add them to the site. These pages will contain information (profiles)regarding the brides

We really want someone who can demonstrate a past similar project and can recommend decent host for the site.
