Description

I am looking for strick shtml/css template with the follwing options

templates needs to be designed in a qay that left, right, center, top, footer can be split.. must use only div no tables..

css styles should include the following when coding

1. article listing - each category shows upto 20 articles, so pagination styles and each article block with description
2. comments styles
3. article pagination
4. category listing menu
5. each article will have multiple pages, so pagination block and author block needs to be iuncluded on detail page
6. login box
7. comments submission box
8. must use % to split and resize the site left, right, center spits
9/ module lables, seperate styles for h1, h2, h3 and ul, li

Desing must be unique and not any free styles .. I will get full copyrights on any graphics and tempaltes.

I will provide the site where I wil need the tempalte so you will get an idea where to start with mockup.. Please PM me for more details.
