Description:	I have a job application form on one of my client's websites, which gets emailed to the owner upon form submission. I just need it formatted so it's easy to read and doesn't have all the extra label junk. I know it's an easy project, but I don't have the time to fix it myself. I need someone to start this project immediately. I've attached a copy of the form, along with the form sender script so you can see what I've got to work with.
