Description

i need for someone to develop me a ccs/template for a product website. something similar to http://www.omegaxenon.com/index.html will be good. top would be the navigation and then the header and then content.

black background
font color white/light blue (but able to edit)
full page layout (width max 1024, height dependent on how much content is in the body)
text links: home | products | gallery | order page | contact info | frequently asked questions

more or less i just need the front page made .. every other page i can do myself just as long as the template is there. i just need place holders such as text & pictures for everything.
