Description

We would like build something along the lines of UrbanSpoon.com. A restaurant review website that allows users to post their own reviews, either by logging in or anonymously. Users can vote whether they like or dislike the restaurant, either from the website or from a mobile. We will need logins for users, reviewers, admin, and restauranteurs. A light version of the website for mobile users is essential.

We want it very similar to urbanspoon.com. Can you do the facebook (and even orkut) connectivity, widget, mobile page, user logins... pretty much the whole lot...?. We will need an admin interface for inputting data, updating data, sending out promotions, sms, a ranking tool for ads, etc. What can you provide from this respect?

We would want to start work asap.
Budget: 1000-2000$
