# This is a simple project guys, should take a decent xhtml programmer 1-2 hours, so anyone looking to bid an unreasonable fee please don't bid and don't waste my time. #

1 page PSD into clean XHTML/CSS (tableless, w3c valid, external stylesheet) conversion. very simple design, budget is $30 and we need it in 48 hours or less. (the sooner the better)
