Description:	10-15 page site required. Layered .psd supplied along with text and images (if applicable) for each page. The main psd template supplied will work on every page and we do not require any design work. The site must: 1) be valid xhtml 2) use css rather than table for layout 3) use valid css 4) have functioning rollovers (both states supplied in the .psd) 5) have a functional and working contact form (form fields to be supplied) 6) work in all major browsers on Mac & PC 7) be fixed width 8) render correctly in dreamweaver so our client can edit I have uploaded a screen of the site - it's very simple with 3 columns a header and a footer, not overly graphical. By bidding and accepting this project you are agreeing to our standard artworker terms. All work is undertaken on a white-label basis. ---------------------------------------- 1) You expressly agree to ensure that any design for which payment has been made to you by us is subsequently not used on behalf of any other client or agency without our permission. 2) All files created by you on our behalf, shall be considered our property. Under no circumstances will you use any final files for any other client at any time. 3) You may not list our client as your own (on websites or as portfolio artwork) without our express written consent. You agree to the usage of all submitted material in any future application for illustrative purposes or as examples of previous work. 4) At the end of the project, and subject to receiving final payment from us file / artwork copyright will automatically transfer to us.
