Description

I need a PSD design converted to XHTML and CSS, as follows:

XHTML 1.0 Strict
only DIVs no TABLEs
Visible in MSIE 6,7 and Firefox 2,3

Payment will be made escrow, but only if the conversion is completed in half a day starting now. I definately need it done by tomorrow midday here.
