Description

PSD to HTML conversion required for a single page.

Page should open, render correctly and be editable in Dreamweaver - so NO PHP driven templates.

Page is 1024x768 but should stretch to fill the browser.

3 images are on this page, and they should rollover like buttons to show an alternative state. This must include a fade effect (javascript or css is fine)

There are 2 form boxes, one of which must be made to allow the user to upload a file to us. The other is just an email field.
We cans upply ftp details for file upload if needed.

The page must work in safari & firefox for mac, and firefox, ie and opera for pc.

By bidding and accepting this project you are agreeing to the following terms.

1) You expressly agree to ensure that any design for which payment has been made to you by us is subsequently not used on behalf of any other client or agency without our permission.

2) All files created by you on our behalf for this project shall be considered our property. Under no circumstances will you use any of this artwork for any other client at any time.

3) This is a white-label project - as such you are not permitted to list our client as your own on websites or as portfolio artwork without our express written consent.

4) You agree to the usage of all submitted material in any future application for illustrative purposes or as examples of previous work.

5) At the end of the project, and subject to receiving final payment from us file / artwork copyright will automatically transfer to our company.
