Description

I absolutely must see a portfolio to even consider you.
If your own web site or portfolio do not validate as W3C compliant _without_ errors, then DO NOT bid. You'll be wasting your time.

Looking for a basic XHTML 1.0 Strict DTD 2 equal column layout with a header and footer, and a few other elements to dress it up a little (like extra boxes). I do not want javascript or tiling images to keep the columns equal.

Budget is $30 and I will require a generous revision allowance during development.
PM with mock ups will be to your advantage.
