Description
I have a PNG file i need converted into a joomla template. This is an easy project, i just dont know how.It shouldnt take you more then a day to do the work. I will give you a admin status on a test joomla for you to show me it works because i pay you.
In a previous projected i posted i would provide more work. I didnt, they couldnt handle it, now you can get it.
