Description

The website will be invite only. I have access to about 1000 people on my
Facebook.com network who I can basically advertise to for free, and they
each do as well, so the potential for viral growth is huge. People can
invite their friends when they sign up to my site who will automatically
be sent an invitation e-mail.

If you come to my site, and you do not have an invitation, you can click
"apply now" and fill out an application and automatically be sent an
invitation in, say, 45 minutes, via email (all for a facade of
exclusivity).

Once registered, people will be able to search within the 'club' for other
professionals in specific fields and locations, as well as post events,
chat, etc.

Further, and most importantly, you will be able to post your resume.
Before the launch, I will go to businesses in Toronto and tell them that
if they let me put their banner on my site saying they may be recruiting
from us, then I will give them free access to our resume bank for a number
of years.
I figure, if we have IBM and Staples etc on our site, and it's invite
only, people will be happy to get an invitation.
