Description
Hi,I currently have 2 websites that need pages added that will hold different forms for clients to fill in and send an enquiry. Currently one of the sites is already up and working so therefore only a working form needs to be added. The other site will be up with just an index page. It will need three pages added with working forms. I already have a template for the pages so no need for much design work. You will need to upload the pages to the site and the forms will need to look good within the site and obviously work. Payment will be made once the work is finnished the forms are working and I am happy that it all looks good. This is not a big project so please bid accordingly.
