Description:	I've just established a free wiki. Its purpose is to let patients with a certain medical disorder find out the names and contact information of doctors who have a lot of experience with this problem. Patients and others will be able to post the name of their doctor to help others located in the same country or state. (I'm not going to profit from this website.) I know nothing about html, and I want a freelancer to format the hyperlinks to countries and states. I also want help establishing some kind of template or format to make it easy for others to enter their doctor's contact information in a standard kind of way. So I will need advice about design and setup. I don't think it would take more than a few hours for an experienced web designer. Please describe your relevant experience. After I pick someone, I will send you the URL and give you moderator status so you can make the changes directly on the wiki, consulting with me as necessary. I'll be sure to leave positive feedback for a job well done.
