Description

Looking to clean the site up a little bit and make it more reader friendly. Change the red * so that it only shows when the post is 3 hours old or less. We need to rethink what posts make it to the top. Some bloggers don't write that often and if those posts get any clicks they tend to stay at the top for days. So I would like to give more priority to posts that have just been published.

Any other ideas you may have to clean up the site and make it more readable, I am all ears. I can pay up to $30 today.
