Description

I need a fairly straightfoward web site to be designed exactly like an existing site (see txt file). I already have replacement flash logo and images and most of the text in place with colors and a starter Dreamweaver html file . The site that I am wanting to duplicate has some server side js. There are some minor modifications that I would like to the original site - and obviously to customize to be my own.

I already have a hosting site and will provide FTP information to upload site to. Will provide 50% down, 50% on completion of project which I would like to complete within a month. I am easy to work with and have Skype etc.
