Description

i would like an event registration on my site

need customers to enter and pay to take part in cycle races

must input
name
address
cycle club (optional)
telephone number
next of kin contact number
how they heard about the event
a check box to confirm they have agreed to terms and conditions

i will need to bulk email customers from the entry list
a list of all those who have entererd needs to be shown online
i also need to be able to manually add entries to the list who have not paid using the online payment

i have a secpay/paypoint account

the website is downlandcycles.co.uk, (go easy on the critisism i built is myself, i'm a bike mechanic not a web designer)

i know nothing about security of the payment and whether it can be hosted here or it needs a seperate site. Please advise.
